Roles for Social Change Association (ADWAR) organizes with Nomada  project " The Educational and Social Mobile  Project's Activities to Develop Education and Social Development in The Marginalized Areas in Msafir Yatta”.

In partnership with Nomada Polish organization and funding by Polish aid, Roles for social change association had implemented the training program to support women in the in Msafir Yatta marginalized areas in Hebron.
 The training program aimed to improve women knowledge and skills about self-confidence, gender issues, violence and social and economical empowerment in Msafir Yatta area.
 The training program aimed also men and women's resistance in Soosia, Twania, Al-Mafkara and Tooba related to hard living circumstances that they live under social political and economical pressures.
 Women from Msafir Yatta appreciated ADWAR association role in raising their knowledge and skills in order to apply what they had learnt with their families and societies.
In addition, they appreciated ADWAR's trainers skills who they helped them support their self-confidence and achieve their roles affectively as actives and leaders in their societies.
 Sahar Alkawasmeh, ADWAR  general director, confirmed on the importance of the project which will be continued till December 2012; as it targeted the most marginalized areas accordant to the hard political circumstances in Msafir Yatta area. ADWAR works hardly to reach and support all women and men in the marginalized areas as they are the most neediest areas whereas women suffer from barriers which prevent them from  having their civilian rights like rights of expression and movement". She also said that " there will be a training program with men and women in Msafir Yatta area; south of Hebron" .
