ADWAR finished the project (Increasing Women’s Political Participation Through Effective local election in Marginalized community)

Roles for Social Change Association –ADWAR finished the project entitled (Increasing Women’s Political Participation Through Effective local election in Marginalized community) funded by the GIZ, in partnership with local Bedouin councils, the Ministry of Local Government, Ministry of Women Affairs, The General Union of Palestinian women-GUPW, Central Election Commission CEC and Ma’an T.V). This comes as a part of the political program of ADWAR Association which contributes to the development of the capacities of women in decision-making positions in the Bedouin communities in Hebron and East Jerusalem. the project aimed at good governance in Bedouin local councils in order to reach gender equity through integrate women in political decision-making positions.
