ADWAR implemented the training program entitled “Capacity Building” in Jeb Al-Deeb -Bethlehem , and this comes within the framework of the “Towards Women Leading Change in Priority Communities and Making a Difference in Their Lives and the Lives of Others” .program is being implemented for the second year in a row in partnership with the local councils and media agencies and funded by the Dutch government.
