Training workshop for members of the Gender Forum in local government.

ADWAR’s staff had participated in the training workshop held by the Gender Forum in Local Government in cooperation with Miftah Foundation within the project “Together Men and Women Towards Institutionalizing Gender Equality in Local Government”, with the support of the German Cooperation GIZ, which aims to promote a supportive environment for integration Gender in Local Government Policies. The workshop lasted for two days.
Where training focused on how to prepare performance indicators for local bodies and promote support for gender mainstreaming in the work of local bodies.
The training was attended by members and members of the Gender Forum of the various member institutions.
