Women Protection Committee Members in Khan AlAhmar accountable and discuses the Land and Water Settlement Commission

ADWAR Association continues to implement dialogue meetings with decision makers within the activities of the project “Digging the Voice Strategy for Bedouin Woman Equal Rights” funded by the Government of Canada, in the presence of a delegation from the Land and Water Settlement Commission represented by Ms. Nariman Rajoub,Director of Public Administration , General Director of ADWAR Association and Project Coordinator Lana AbuAjamia, in addition to the head and members of the Women’s Protection Committee and influential men within the group.
The meeting aimed to highlight the needs of women and girls in identifying how to register land and access water or provide alternative methods for them, in addition to highlighting the most important problems they suffer from, where the magnitude of their impact on the lives of women, especially in areas classified C, also contributed The meeting raised awareness among members of the Committee for Protection and Women in general about the status of Khan Al Ahmar territory and how to register them and what measures women should learn in addition to the development of mechanisms to work to meet the needs based on gender “gender” in the future.
Alkawasmeh praised the role of the committee members in Khan AlAhmar and what it is doing in serving the needs of the community. It has achieved many achievements while waiting for the decision makers to respond to other needs.
