ADWAR Association, in partnership with the Sidra Lakiya Foundation in Negev, held today, Wednesday 3/11/2021, a joint workshop for members of the Bedouin Women’s Unified Council in Negev – Rahat.
In the presence of the members of the Unified Council and representatives of the European Union, the Deputy Mayor of Rahat, Mr. Majid Al Kamlat, and the Director of the Community Center in Rahat, Mr. Fouad Ziada.
The workshop aimed to open opportunities for members of the Bedouin Unified Women’s Council from the West Bank and the Negev to meet together, in order to discuss the results of the study to identify gender-based needs in services and prepare the Bedouin Convention Rights.
This activity comes within “Our Path for Prosper Future” project funded by the European Union.
