Mini Follow-up Meetings

ADWAR Association, in partnership with the Women’s Protection Committee in Birin/Khilat AlForn, and in cooperation with Transportation and Local Government Ministries, held a follow-up meeting today, Monday 08/21/2023, in Birin, south of Hebron
on women’s needs for the public transportation line that connects the community with the city center, provided that The possibility of creating a line is being pursued in coordination with the duty officials in the Ministry. As for the region’s needs for paving roads and infrastructure, they have been discussed with the Directorate of Local Government, and placed on top of the priorities to be followed up. The needs of women and families will be adopted and reflected in the national and strategic plans of the Ministry of transportation and local governance to improve the reality of services for the better in the future.
This activity comes within the framework of the CPCE Civil and Community Engagement Project, which is implemented by CRS Catholic Relief Services in partnership with the International Family Health Foundation fhi360 and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)..
