Together for a Green Environment

ADWAR Association, in cooperation with the Palestinian Environmental Quality Authority, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Palestinian Red Crescent, organized an environmental trail in the Wadi Al-Quf ,on Thursday, 06/06/2024, on the occasion of Environment Day, which on the fifth of June of each year, with the goal of learning about life. Environmental protection in the Hebron Governorate and highlighting the role of women in preserving the environment. The path extended along the Wadi Al-Quf Reserve, where the path passed over a distance of 2 kilometers through several archaeological tourist and environmental areas. An overview of the Wadi Al-Qaf Reserve and the importance of preserving the environment and biodiversity was presented. In addition to an overview of the history of the region and the eras that passed through it.

The activity included various activities, including the participation of the Red Crescent on procedures for public safety in such weather, and with the aim of stimulating eco-tourism in the western Hebron Governorate, the area was cleaned to consolidate environmental behaviours.
