ADWAR Continues Implementing its Theater Performances at (YDRC)

Today: Thursday 11/1/2018-The Palestinian Child’s Home Club (YDRC)- Hebron
Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR continues implementing its theater performances within the project entitled (Protecting Women Legal Rights). These performances are being implemented in Hebron, which aim to increase women, girls, men and boys’ awareness of women legal rights and break barriers to reach Family Courts. Today’s performance entitled (24 Qirat) was implemented at The Palestinian Child’s Home Club (YDRC) in Hebron in partnership with Dreams drama group. This performance aimed to allow women and girls of Hebron city from breaking barriers, reach Family Courts and ask for their legal rights.
Furthermore, the general director of ADWAR, Sahar Kawasmeh opened the meeting by introducing ADWAR’s role in increasing awareness about gender through enhancing women’s participation in economic, political and social fields. As well, she pointed out the importance of this project as it aimed to introduce services provided by Family Courts and its procedures in marriage, divorce, alimony, dowry, and inheritance rights.
