Roles for Social Change Association, in cooperation with Watan news Agency, held a TV episode entitled “Where are decision-makers from protecting Wadi Al Quff Reserve?” within the project (Palestinian Environment Guards) funded by GEF / UNDP Small Grants Program and in partnership with Environment Quality Authority, Agriculture Ministry, Tarqumya Municipality, Beit Khahel Municipality, Tarqumya’s Women Charitable Society, Tarqumya Women Club and Beit Kahel Cooperative Society for Saving and Credit; in the presence of Palestinian Environment Councils’ members, ADWAR Association General Director Dr. Sahar Yousef Al-Kawasmeh, Environment resources General Director in Environment Quality Authority Dr. Issa Adwan, Forests and grasslands General Director in Agriculture Ministry Mr. Husam Tleib. This episode aimed at decision-makers accountability regarding their roles in providing environment policies protect natural reserve as well as commitment in fulfilling promises acknowledged in interactive dialogue sessions held previously with women.
