Roles for Social change Associaiton-ADWAR continues Implementing the activities of the project of the dialogue sessions for Accountability of Decision Makers by members of the Committee for the protection of women with the institutions of the government sector and the private sector within the activities of the project ( Towards Women who Lead Change in Priority Communities and Make a Difference in their Lives and the Lives of Others) which is funded by the Dutch government and in partnership with the local councils and media agencies.
The meeting was attended by members of the Protection Committee and representatives of ADWAR Mrs. Sahar Al Qawasmeh and Jehan Al -Tel who is the head of Al – Dahreyya Women’s Association and Al Asalah institution in the presence of An’am Yaqout, Jamal Abu Rayan, Amera Mansour in addition to all the members of the Protection Committee in Al-Dhahiriya and the women of the community are priorities. The dialogue session aimed to develope the mechanism of communication between members of the committee of women’s protection and decision-makers in the private sector of Asala Company in order to enhance the participation of women in the local community in addition to improving the economic situation of women through the provision of income-generating economic projects. The most important outcome of the session was that Asala organized a work program with women to assist them in presenting projects and presented the company’s programs and objectives as well as mechanisms of communication with the company and how to benefit directly from all its programs.
