ADWAR Association participation in Global Women’s Forum for Peace and humanitarian Action in Vienna- Austria

ADWAR Association Participation represented by the General Director Dr.Sahar AlKawasmeh in The Global Women’s Forum for Peace and humanitarian Action in Vienna- Austria, with invitation by the UN Women and gender equality, that was held between 19-20 February 2020.

The Forum aimed to study the results and challenges that face the implementation of women’s program for peace and humanitarian action, and provide space for responsive women in this field, to build solidarity, mutual learning and cooperation, to achieve women’s rights and implement equality.
AlKawasmeh shared the experience of ADWAR Association in humanitarian Action by service the Palestinian women and girls, especially in the marginalized areas, and the role of ADWAR Association in improving their social, economic and political realities, in addition to the most important achievements that were made in the field to improve their humanitarian conditions.
