The YMCA, in cooperation with ADWAR Association implemented today Monday 08/24/2020 – Masafer Bani Naim, a lecture entitled (Promoting shared property rights within the marriage institution), in the presence of the coordinator of the YMCA Maha Al-Halaiqa and women and men from Masafer Bani Naim gathering in Hebron
The lecture dealt with many topics, the most important of which are types of property, what is the joint ownership system for spouses, classification of property within the proposed joint ownership system, and other axes within the topic of joint ownership
This lecture comes within the framework of the project (Promoting the common property rights of women within the institution of marriage).
