ADWAR implements the Accountable Session of the project (Strengthening the Role of Women Protection Committee as advocates of peace and security in Priorities communities in Hebron through response to the Humanitarian Needs and Prevent Conflict)

On Thursday 8/7/2021 ADWAR opening the accountable sessions in Masafir Bani Naim in Hebron Governorate, that come as a continuation of the phases of the project “Strengthening the Role of Women Protection Committee as advocates of peace and security in Priorities communities in Hebron through response to the Humanitarian Needs and Prevent Conflict” in the presence of the Bani Naim municipality represented by Mr. Ali Manasra and Mr. Emad Amr, and the General Director of ADWAR D. Sahar Alkawasmeh, Women Protection Committee, influential men in the region, and the people of the community .
This accountability meetings aim to communicate with policy makers, actors, and local and international institutions, and to hold them accountable about the effective role in key interventions and decision-making to improve the services provided.
Where the most important issues that the community suffers from were raised, which is the problem of water, waste, and the unpaved road, which in turn, the municipality prepared to find out about every issue next to the people in Masafer Bani Naim and work to solve it soon.
This project comes in partnership with Women’s Protection Committees and local councils, and funded by the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women – Women’s Fund for Peace and Humanitarian Action.
