Completing the project activities “Reproducing a culture based on justice and social protection”

In honor of the 16 Days Campaign to Combat Violence against Women, ADWAR Association completed the project activities “Reproducing a Culture based on Justice and Social Protection” Monday, 13/12/2021, through implementing an awareness activity in Dura Municipal Park, where this project comes in partnership with the Protection and organization of the Palestinian family Association, funded by UNFPA ‎.

This activity aims to contribute to empower women individually and enhancing their capabilities in developing mechanisms to reduce discriminatory practices in general, and to raise awareness of gender issues and reduce discriminatory practices against women and girls to reach protection and social justice. ‎

As the project had an impact on the beneficiaries on several aspects, these effects were represented in improving their psychological conditions through the various project activities of awareness-raising and recreational meetings, drama therapy and others, which provided women the opportunity to release negative energies as a result of social, economic, political and health conditions, providing psychological and social support and self-immunization their.
