The response from the competent authorities on Thursday, 09/14/2023, to the demands of the Women’s Protection Committee and members of the Men’s Alliance in Beren, after holding mini-follow-up meetings, dialogue and accountability with decision-makers and stakeholders, where the road linking the Beren community for a distance of 4 kilometers to the main street was paved. .
Accordingly, the Women’s Protection Committee and the members of the Men’s Alliance extend their thanks and appreciation after responding to their demands, including the public interest in reducing the negative effects that hinder the level of participation of women and family members in general in public life.
This activity comes within the Civic and Community Engagement Project (CPCE), which is implemented by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in partnership with Family Health International (FHI360) and with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
