(Action, Pillar, Anchor) Positive masculinity for Societal Change and the Protection of Civic Participation of Women and Young Women

General Framework
This project is implemented by Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR as part of the CPCE Civil and Community Engagement Project, which is implemented by Catholic Relief Services CRS in partnership with the International Family Health Foundation fhi360 and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). 

 Period of Time
07/2023—10/2023. 

 Objectives
Strengthen the decisive role of the men’s alliance MA and unified women council UWC as mediators, interlocutors, accountability for more services and influencers on decision makers and duty bearers in organizations relevant to meet the response to the gender-based needs of services for less fortunate women, young women and girls, in the priority communities.
Promoting positive masculinity as a path to increase gender equality in improving and protecting the level of community and civic participation of women, young women and girls to combat discrimination, change traditional cultural and societal norms, and strengthen the Palestinian society on the basis of partnership and social justice. 

 Target Group
The project targets women, girls, and young women in Hebron Governorate (Yata, Masafer Bani Naem, Khallet AlForn, Birin, Khallet Al-Mai/ Musafer Yatta, Deir Al-Assal and Beit Marsam/Dura, Wadi AlHusain and Bethlehem Governorate.
