“Where are the rights of women with disabilities in community participation” initiative?

The Women’s Protection Committees held on Monday 09/25/2023 in Hebron Governorate, the Initiative for the Rights of Women with Disabilities in Community Participation to Where, as part of the “Qaderat” community initiatives, in order to empower women, young women and girls with disabilities towards full and effective participation in society, in addition to identifying their needs. Women, young women and girls with disabilities in the fields of work, education and health, in order to work on them within the partnership relationship with ADWAR . One of the most important results of the initiative is the delivery of the demands paper to decision makers in the Palestinian government, which the Adwar Foundation will work on in order to reflect them in policies, programmes, plans and procedures. Which would contribute to improving the reality of rights for young women and girls with disabilities.

This activity comes within the Civic and Community Engagement Project (CPCE), which is implemented by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in partnership with Family Health International (FHI360) and with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
