Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR starts implementing economic empowerment activities in ADWAR’s Bedouin Branch of Khashm AlDaraj. The second phase of Wool Toys and Gifts project aim to develop the capacities of Bedouin women in the field of wool production in addition to open opportunities for the exchange of experiences, skills, and knowledge among Bedouin women.

This project is within the framework of ADWAR Association economic program which highlights the importance of economic participation for women and contribution in redeeming gender gaps between women and men.

ADWAR’s general director Sahar AlKawasmeh pointed out that those activities enhance women’s continuity of group action also to develop their skills in different scopes, improve their self-esteem, along with their economic life conditions within families’ and Bedouin community in general.
