Within the series of raising awareness activities and capacity development for Palestinian youth in partner with coalition for accountability and integrity (AMAN), Roles for Social Change Association – ADWAR held up the second meeting from the training workshops meetings which related to social accountability mechanisms for decision makers in Gender issues in presence of universities students and new graduates.

The meeting opened by the administrative director of ADWAR association “Lama Qattush” by introduce the presence the meeting axes, and the importance points which will discussed, and the importance objectives from the meeting which represented of raising the trainers capacity level about Ministry of labor accountability and staff bureau about their roles in creating jobs opportunities for graduated students and prevent poor and unemployment, in addition, awareness the youth about the importance of practice the accountability and anti- corruption and it’s mechanisms.

then the advocate Mr. Mohammad ajlouni the legal counselor of ASWAR association start talking about woman rights in Palestinian labor rule such as discrimination prohibition between man and woman in salaries and work nature, and prohibition women from working in dangerous and uphill works, also prohibition the women from work by addition hours through pregnant and the next six months after birth.
Mr. Ajlouni talked about 102 material from work rule which includes providing amenities, and the necessity of oblige the facility of providing the amenities for female workers, and 104 material which give the lactating woman the right of breast feeding time totaling not less than an hour a day, and 105 material which gives the worker woman the right of child- care or husband companion permission, also he clears the cousins levels between family and kinship between each individual.
The meeting conclude by talking about woman health rights such as her right of easier access to health services that she needs in her deferent life stages, and respect her privacy and her right of perceive periodical medical check, moreover her right in participate in putting the political and health programs, and providing the equal opportunities in the health field for perceiving the training and participate in deferent courses
