Roles for Social Change Association continues doing project events entitled” Empowering Bedouin women in decision- making and accountability within local councils”

Roles for Social Change Association continues doing project events entitled” Empowering Bedouin women in decision- making and accountability within local councils” funded by the Netherland representative in partnership with the Bedouin local councils, Ministry of local Government, Ministry of Women’s Affairs, The General Union of Palestinian Women and The Central Election Commission, and Ma’an Network.
Which ADWAR association starts doing the second episode of radio entitled” Ministry of labor role of supporting the Marginalized Bedouin communities and reduction of unemployment and poverty” joining with Marah Radio and the journalist Nidal Salhab within program ” Talet Sabah” in presence of the general director of Roles for Social Change association- ADWAR Sahar Alkawasmeh and The Ministry of labor agent Naser Quttami and Ibtisam AL-Fakeer the social activitist in the Bedouin community – Em Al-Kheer in addition to the local council president of Khashm Al-Darj Shiekh Ibraheen Al-Hathaleen.
These episodes aim to awareness the Palestinian community about the importance of Bedouin women role in political participation and the principles accountability about their roles in supporting the marginalized Bedouin communities through strengthen it’s presence in local councils as a base of improvement the services especially the Ministry of labor and it’s role in create new work chances for graduated girls and reduction of unemployment and poverty, because the improvement the basic services reality in priority areas comes from the political decision making in local councils, in addition to showing the impact effects and achievements on women’s political participation in target areas and untraditional women’s importance role in Bedouin local organizations
