Roles For Social Change Association (ADWAR) finishes the Training Program for "Community Of Interaction" project

In partnership with the Bible Society and Nipras for Young Generations Association, ADWAR  ended the training program for youth in ADWAR association's hall in Hebron; within the Bible society project  Community of Interaction.

 The training program targeted 20 young men and women from different universities in Hebron. It aimed to educate and develop the trainees' skills on how to prepare effective youth initiatives that discuss social issues related to their interests.

 The trainees have received training on the concept of gender, stereotype management initiatives and report writing.
 The trainees came out with community initiative, and they have worked on preparation, implementation and planning for its activities which will be executed in July 2012.

 Elias Al- Najjar, the project Manager of the Bible Society, has noted that the project aimed to create effective young leaders working to make positive changes in the society.

Ibrahim Mubarak, the executive director of Nipras for Young Generations Association, said that “training youth on how to prepare and implement initiatives is very important because it will enable them to be effective leaders at associations and societies.

Sahar Alkawasmeh, the general director of ADWAR, indicated that the training program is very important different as it worked to allow the trainees ( men and women) to apply the knowledge and skill which they have learned on the field.

“To implement the initiative successfully, both men and women will be involved in order to work on the social justice issues that achieve their practical and strategic demands", Alkawasmeh added.
