General Framework
Implemented in partnership with the Technical,Employment,Vocational and Training Council (TEVT) and Employment and Vocational Training Center in Hebron , which is related to the Ministry of Labor, funded by the European Union Support Program for the Development of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Palestine and German Cooperation GIZ.

Objectives
– Raise the level of awareness for young women graduates about gender, dialogue ,speech, time management and administrative aspects of work.
– Enabling young women graduates with the necessary capabilities and skills that help them to get a job opportunity.
– Contribute to providing job opportunities for young women graduates by opening networking channels with various institutions.
Target Group
The project targeted the young women graduates from Palestinian universities of various ages and specialties in Hebron Governorate.
