ADWAR begin implementing digital training program

ADWAR, in partnership with the Ministry of Local Government, held the first digital training day in Qalqilya municipality, on Saturday 3/27/2021.

The training program is part of project “E-governance in Palestine and the Middle East and North Africa region” funded by (GIZ).

The program targets 21 municipalities in the governorates of Nablus, Qalqilya, Salfit, Tulkarm, Jenin, Ramallah, Hebron and Gaza, while it aims to develop the capabilities those employees, in achieving the best use of digital communication with the public and improving municipal services in line with the gender needs of all segments of Palestinian society.

The digital training program will be implemented in two phases, one in person and the other remotely, in line with the health distancing measures issued by the government due to the Corona pandemic.
