Capacity building program in Hebron

ADWAR Association implemented a capacity building program within the project“Ma’an Alliance for Accountability and Influence” in Al-Ramadin, Khallet Al-Mayya, Zanuta, and Deir Shams in the Hebron during the months of February and March 2024, with a number of 60 women and young women beneficiaries.

This program aimed to develop capabilities around economic empowerment and enhance accountability and dialogue mechanisms for women and young women, through the institutionalization of new women’s protection committees in the targeted locations, to play an active leadership role in the local community in order to raise the voice of the rights and needs of less fortunate women, in addition to holding the decision into accountable about their role in improving the social, economic and political reality experienced by women in those areas.
