ADWAR Association continued implementing activities of the project (Empowering Bedouin women in decision-making and accountability within local council’s)

ADWAR Association continued implementing activities of the project (Empowering Bedouin women in decision-making and accountability within local council’s), funded by the Netherland representative, in partnership with local Bedouin counsels, the ministry of local government, and Ma’an Network.
In which the third dialogue session with an official held at Um AlKhair Bedouin community with the presence of Bedouin women members of the shadow council represented by Iman AlHathaleen. In addition to ADWAR’s general director Sahar AlKawasmeh, deputy of ministry of labor Mr.Naser Qatami, Ibrahim and Sleiman AlHathaline whom represent Um AlKhait local council, as well as representatives of Yatta labor directorate Naser Nammora and Ameen AlMtour , also Sara Da’ajneh the public re;ations officer at Hebron directorate.


The dialogue aimed at coordination and communication among ministry of labor and Bedouin women, in addition to opening opportunities for Bedouin women to express their needs and demands from officials and changing the stereotyped traditional negative image of Bedouin women.
