Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR continues implementing its capacity building program in Khan Al-Ahmar, East of Jerusalem within the project entitled (Towards Women Who Lead Change in Priority Communities and Make a Difference in Their Lives and the Lives of Others). The project is funded by Government of Netherlands and in partnership with Bedouin local councils in Hebron and East of Jerusalem. The training program tackles local authorities law and theirs
