ADWAR Association general director Sahar Alkawasmeh invited by German Cooperation GIZ and the Durra municipality in a meeting entitled “participatory budget” in order to apply by municipality and the local community ,in addition to Alkawsameh mentioned that budget should be gender-sensitive .
