Ending the educational seminars introducing the role of women Protection Committees members in Bedouin communities

Today, Tuesday, 09/08/2020, the ADWAR Association completed the educational seminars on the role of women protection committee members in leading the local community and highlighting women’s needs in services that come within the activities of the project (Our Way for Prosper Future), in partnership with SIDREH Organization in Negev, funded by the European Union.
The seminars aimed at introducing the members of the Bedouin Women’s Protection Committees to the importance of their influential leadership role in their societies in order to support other less fortunate women within the gathering and to develop the language of dialogue, peace, internal peace and confidence among the members of the WPC in the West Bank and the Negev.
For her part, the project manager, Lana Abu Ajamiyeh, indicated that these seminars achieved many results as they worked to refine and empower the members of the protection committees to play an effective role to highlight the real needs of services in addition to how to face the obstacles and challenges that prevent the implementation of their community leadership role.
