ADWAR Association Board of Directors session to validate Annual Reports of 2014

Based on Roles for Social Change Association adoption for concepts of transparency and accountability as well as implementation of code of conducts, it held board of directors meeting that aimed to discuss and approve on annual technical and financial reports of 2014, as to discuss the most important achievements by ADWAR, with the presence of board members:

Chairman: Dr.Yousef Abu Maria, his deputy Mrs. Sana’ Abu Fara, the treasurer Dr. Mohammed Alhroub, Secretary Enas Sayed Ahmad and members Mr.Ahmad AlOmary, Mrs. Sana’ Abu Sara and Mrs. Majida AlShami.

In which the chairman Dr.Yousef Abu Maria presented ADWAR’s projects and results, in addition to the treasurer Dr.Mohammad  AlHroub whom presented the annual financial report  and the most important earnings, expenditures , assets, and consumption rate. As the rest of members discussed future projects and partnership to be done in future. Thus, board of directors displayed annual reports for the general assembly members to validate and approve.

As a result board of directors decided to display annual technical and financial reports on ADWAR’s official website in case of any explanations, and of practicing accountability and good governance values.
