Elections of The Board of Directors For ADWAR Association For The Year 2014

On 31/8/ 2014, ADWAR association held a meeting in ADWAR hall for the general assembly to elect a new board of directors, which was attended by the members (females and males) of the general assembly. As the old board resigned before in order to leave the new board a new opportunity in elections.

Mrs. Sahar Alkawasmeh first welcomed all members and guests and reviewed the most important achievements of ADWAR association during the last year. She also expressed her desire to elect a new board of directors who will continue on the way for ADWAR association and achieve its goals.

After making sure of the quorum of attendants, elections started out with reading both the administrative and financial reports. It indicated the association’s achievements, projects and activities during 2013 , also the overall financial report which showed the size of expenses for activities during 2013.

The elections results were announced as seven members (females and males) of the candidates won the elections, and then a meeting was held for the new board of directors to distribute the administrative tasks shown as the following:

1)      Dr. Yousef Abu Maria: Chairman of The Board of Directors

2)      Mrs. Sana’ Abu Fara: Deputy Chairman

3)      Ms. Inas Assayed Ahmad: Secretary of The Board

4)      Dr. Mohammed Al Hroub: Treasurer

5)      Mrs. Sana’ Abu Sara: Member  

6)      Mr. Ahmed Al Omari: Member
