Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR held the third discussion coordination meeting with private sector in Twaneh-Yatta

Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR held the third discussion coordination meeting with private sector in Twaneh-Yatta within “Supporting disadvantaged Bedouin and rural women to formalize and manage income-generating businesses, in south of Hebron and East Jerusalem” in partnership with the UKAID and funded by the European Union; and in the presence of Twaneh Company members for craft and wool products, the project coordinator Fatina Al Mohtaseb, representatives of Chamber of Commerce Isra’ Harb & Falasteen Abu Hmeed. This meeting aimed at networking with commercial centers and private sector to contribute to sell women’s different products; as well as registration of income-generating projects in Chamber of Commerce; to assure converting women’s projects from informal sector to a formal sector and support women’s economical independence. Most important outcomes of this meeting were that Chamber of Commerce confirmed its commitment regarding registering the company as a credited member in Chamber of Commerce, as well as working on networking this company with other organizations and expositions.
Chamber of Commerce female representatives expressed their admiration of women’s products and the effective role Women of Twaneh play in social, economical and political life.
